Quick Tips To Try Before Submitting a Support Ticket

  • Cable Box Not Working

    Un-Plug cable box from power for 30 seconds, re-plug and wait for box to reboot, this may take some time depending on which type of cable box you own. Once rebooted please make sure it’s powered on and re-test the system. If the issue is still not solved, please submit a support ticket.
  • Control4 Not Working

    Un-Plug the Control4 labeled equipment for 30 seconds, then re-plug. If equipment is not visible it is ok to un-plug the entire equipment rack. Please allow 10-15 minutes for all gear to reboot. If the issue is still not solved, please submit a support ticket.
  • Internet Is Down

    Please un-plug the Asus router and Comcast/Verizon modem for 30 seconds then re-plug. Please allow 5-10 minutes for equipment to reboot. If issues still persist please submit a support ticket.
